Green Zone Trainer Certification
Baylor VETS already runs Green Zone Training for faculty and staff each semester. Join the Green Zone Team to co-facilitate a session — live facilitation experience and direct visibility with Baylor faculty and administration.

Baylor Engage Fellows Program FREE
For 2nd/3rd-year undergrads. A multi-year community integrating scholarship, citizenship, and leadership, with faculty/staff mentoring, twice-monthly OEL breakfasts, and priority access to summer internship funding. Fellows document their work through research, ambassadorial, or civic pathways and build a portfolio over time. Apply twice a year.

Bridgebuilding Fellows Program FREE
A leadership fellowship focused specifically on civil discourse — deep listening, storytelling, and navigating tension constructively. Fellows play a key role in Civil Discourse Week and other campus initiatives. A genuinely different leadership skill than anything else on this page: leading conversations across real disagreement, not just running a meeting.
